Form Hamburg Airport there is a permanent bus-shuttle to the Hamburg main station. Form Hamburg main station a fast regional train (Metronom) leaves for Lüneburg every hour (see also: www.bahn.de)
By Train:
From Lüneburg Main Station its a 5-10 min. cab drive to the University of Lüneburg. Also, a bus leaves about every 10 min. (For more information see detailed schedule below or check the Online Schedule).
Travel within Lüneburg (Bus):
The Bus-Lines Nr. 5011 and 5012 connect the University (Blücherstraße Universität), the City Center (Am Sande) and the Main Station (ZOB). A bus leaves about every 10 min.
